About Us
Mike Starobinsky, owner of Maxwill Solutions LLC, has been an IT professional for more than 20 years. He started working in the labor field in 2009 and formed Maxwill Solutions in 2010. A card-carrying member of IBEW Local 17 in good standing since 2009, Mike focuses his expertise on the specialized needs of locals, JATCs, and trade training organizations. Named after his two boys, Max and Will, Maxwill Solutions has served union customers across the U.S. ever since. Mike’s clients appreciate his experience, straight talk and honesty, and the fact that he’s always accessible to them.
Alongside its union work, Maxwill Solutions supports small businesses across Michigan, Ohio, and Florida with the same managed services, procurement, and security practices — about 70 clients in total.

Mike still lives with his family in the Detroit area and remains a proud IBEW member.
