Mike Starobinsky, President of Maxwill Solutions Inc., has been an IT professional for more than 20 years. In 2006, after nearly a decade in a previous IT role and with a young family to support, he decided the best way to manage his multiple roles as husband, father and IT professional was to form his own company. A long-time member of the IBEW, Mike focuses his strategy and expertise on meeting the specialized needs of Unions and trade associations.
Named after his two boys, Max and Will, Maxwill Solutions has developed a reputation for successfully and proficiently serving Union customers across the U.S.
